Authentication

Every endpoint in this reference requires a Meetzi API key in the Authorization header.

http
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_MEETZI_API_KEY

Generate a key

  1. Sign in to Meetzi.
  2. Open Integrations → Discover and connect Zapier.
  3. Generate the key and copy it immediately.

API keys are currently generated from the Zapier integration screen. The same key authenticates /v1/* requests from Zapier or a custom server integration.

The full key is displayed only when it is generated. Store it in a secret manager or server environment variable such as MEETZI_API_KEY. Do not put it in browser code, source control, or a request URL.

Test the connection

GET/v1/meBearer token
sh
curl 'https://api.meetzi.co/v1/me' \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer $MEETZI_API_KEY"

200 OK confirms that the key is active. The response identifies the account and contains displayLabel, which you can use as a readable account label. See the complete identity response.

For requests with a JSON body, also send:

http
Content-Type: application/json

Access scope

The key identifies the user who generated it. Booking page lists, trigger samples, and subscriptions are scoped to that user's owned, non-deleted booking pages. A page outside this scope returns 404 Not Found when supplied as a filter.

There is no OAuth refresh flow for these endpoints. A valid key remains usable until it is revoked; generating a replacement Zapier key revokes existing keys for that user and provider.

Replace or revoke a key

If you lose the key, generate a replacement in Meetzi. Update every integration using the old key, including your custom clients and Zapier connection. Old keys will return 401 Unauthorized for API requests.

To revoke a key, disconnect Zapier from Integrations → Manage. Manage webhook subscriptions explicitly through the subscription endpoint when you no longer need deliveries.

Authentication errors
